HFM - Heart Flattering Moment
Have you ever experienced the heart flattering moment? i got no idea on how to explain the science behind this phenomena. So i do google honestly. In google, they stated that heart flatter is happening when you are falling in love and the fight & flight reaction activated, then some hormone release so it make your heart beat faster. AWAIT !! Am i going to continue explaining the science part??? Better don't Ain, you are not an expert in medical field (even though you are almost to).
So, going back to the topic. Have you ever feel that? Take a moment, and think.. The feeling when you are falling in love. Ouh ya.. and pleaseee.. widen your definition of love. Love can come from many forms. Relationship with family, friends, spouse, crush, cat, pet, favourite flower or including your k-pop singer. (aha! got you !). So.. i would assume you ever felt that right? The condition where you like it too much and it excite you and your heart wanna pop out from your chest. But this moment happen just like in a second snap! It like Zass... and then you feel good.
So, why am i asking this? Actually, i do not believe this heart flatter moment before. I used to read that in certain books or english novel(during highschool, that we are compulsory to read it). I thought i can never experience it but time pass by and we have been a lot of stuff happening around. So.. here i am today, living proof of heart flattering existence. haha
So let cherish the heart flattering moment you have felt or soon you will feel in the future. For those who read this and you think you are never experience this, close your eyes and think again.. If you are really not have been through this, its okay.. InsyaAllah soon you will feel that.
And do acknowledge that, if your heart flatter because of people, just to let you know and remind myself, the same person might be the same person who hurt you the most. As the harder you like it or like someone, the harder the hurt and can be more likely painful. So.. keep it in yourself that living in this world meant you will live in with all the essence of love and hate, ups and downs. Let us go through this roller coaster ride together until the end of it.
p/s: Ouh ya, heart flattering is also associate with heart palpitation, which can be a sign of serious heart condition. So better to seek help from your medical doctor for this situation. But, if heart flatter because of what i mentioned earlier, don't forget to tell them that you love them.( aha~ including to your k-pop singer) hehe.
